My chocolate story began thousands of kilometers away, in Bolivia - where I'm from. There, my mom runs a chocolate factory and shop. Rooted in this heritage, and now living in Belgium - a country where chocolate is a part of daily life - I rediscovered my passion and found a new way to share it with the world.

As someone who loves to travel I've always believed the best way to understand a place is through its food. When I travel I seek out local flavors and hands-on experiences that connect me to the heart of each culture.
