My name is Nicole Oatman

I was born and raised in Bolivia, where chocolate runs deep in my family — my mom still runs a chocolate factory and shop there. Now based in Belgium, I’ve brought that passion to life through Chocolate Journey, a space to create, experience, and share the joy of chocolate. I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s begin the journey.
