With "Create Your Own Chocolate Journey" you can design a chocolate experience that suits your group and occasion – from private chocolate-making workshops to tastings, pairings or themed events, we'll bring your chocolate dreams to life! Whether you’re planning a birthday, bachelorette, fun group or family activity or romantic date, we’ll curate something just for you! Contact us to start planning your perfect chocolate celebration, including private experiences, group rates and custom requests. Tell us what you’re envisioning in the booking form after you "Request to Book" – and we’ll take care of the rest! Let’s make something magic (and delicious) together.
Cancellation Policy
We are excited to welcome you to our chocolate experiences! To ensure the best service for all guests, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: -Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. -Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the experience will receive a partial refund (50%) or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. -Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the experience or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available at no extra cost up to 8 hours before your scheduled experience. Rescheduling requests made within 8 hours of the start time may not be accommodated and will be considered a cancellation. -We understand that life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date. Please note: While you may cancel or reschedule your booking online at any time, our cancellation and rescheduling time frames and fees outlined above will still apply. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 8 hours of the experience may not be accepted or may be subject to cancellation fees.
