Cancellation Policy
We are excited to welcome you to our chocolate experiences! To ensure the best service for all guests, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: -Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. -Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the experience will receive a partial refund (50%) or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. -Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the experience or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available at no extra cost up to 8 hours before your scheduled experience. Rescheduling requests made within 8 hours of the start time may not be accommodated and will be considered a cancellation. -We understand that life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date. Please note: While you may cancel or reschedule your booking online at any time, our cancellation and rescheduling time frames and fees outlined above will still apply.
